Already Paid Ticket, on or after the
effective date of the suspension
The court has not notified us that you have handled this matter. To reinstate your
driving privilege please provide current court documentation and pay a $60.00 reinstatement
fee. Acceptable documentation includes:
- A D-6 clearance form with stamped court seal (provided at the time of payment)
- A letter from the court stating the ticket number, date of payment and having a
stamped court seal
You can either take the D-6 clearance documentation from the court and a check for
$60.00 to your local driver
license office or, you can mail a copy of the clearance documentation along
with a check made out to DDL to:

When mailing, allow 3-5 days after receipt for your record to be updated. After
that time, revisit this site to verify that your record has been updated.
