SUSPENSION - NOTICE FROM DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE OF FAILURE TO PAY COURT ORDERED SUPPORT
(Suspension - Violation 322.058 Support Delinquency)
Your driving privilege has been suspended because of notification from the Department of Revenue of failure to pay court ordered support. You must contact the Department of Revenue , Child Support Enforcement (850-488-5437) to meet their requirements. The Department of Revenue (DOR) must electronically submit your suspension clearance(s) to our agency. If you meet DOR's requirements before the suspension date, then the suspension will be deleted and no fee is required.

If you meet DOR's requirements after the suspension date, a $60.00 reinstatement fee will be required to clear each suspension. If your record indicates two child support suspensions your reinstatement fee will be $120.00, three equals $180.00 etc.

After the Department of Revenue has electronically submitted the clearance(s), you may take the appropriate reinstatement fee to your local driver license office. You may also mail a check made payable to Division of Motorist Services to:
