Your driving privilege has been canceled for not completing a traffic collision avoidance course. This may be required because you were cited for a traffic crash where at least one party involved received medical attention, or you have been charged with a second crash within two years. Please complete a state-approved 4-hour basic driver improvement course so we can update your record and clear this cancellation.

Course providers will electronically notify our department of your school completion. Please allow 3 to 5 business days from completion of the course for this notification process to occur. After that time, you may verify your school completion has been updated by entering your driver license number in the traffic school completion check. Once the school completion is updated, please contact us via email or call our Customer Service Center at (850) 617-2000 so we may clear this cancellation.
